Healing Touch

Healing Touch affects your health and well being on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual–a truly “whole”istic therapy. It is especially useful for clients who are experiencing anxiety, feeling out of balance or scattered or ungrounded, or who want to feel more clear. It is useful for preparing for surgery or other important events, for wound healing, and for pain relief.

EFT Tapping

EFT is helpful for dealing with feelings of anxiety, stress, bereavement, physical ailments, personal performance, relationship issues, fear and anger issues. EFT is an evidence-based modality with many uses.

Emotion Code/Body Code

Emotion Code allows us to find and release trapped emotional energy in the body. This can be very helpful for clearing chronic pain, emotional issues, and relationship issues that are not responding to other interventions. It allows us to bring to conscious awareness trapped emotional energy that have been forgotten or that you are unaware of. Body Code is an extension of Emotion Code and allows us to identify and clear many more imbalances and problematic energies.

Individual Sessions

All sessions include assessment and goal-setting, focused treatment, and feedback/suggestions to support your healing and growth process. Sessions incorporate a combination of energy therapy techniques based on your unique needs. In-office and remote sessions, including the initial visit: $110.

Office or Remote

I am available for in-office sessions for clients in the Northern Colorado/Front Range area on Thursdays only. For those who cannot or do not wish to come to the office, I offer remote (also known as distance) sessions. These sessions are usually done by phone, but we can also arrange to meet via Zoom.

Suggestions for Preparing for a Session

It is important to me to make the best possible use of our time together. You are spending your hard-earned money and want results, and I want you to have a positive experience.

We will start every session with some discussion about your goals. What is your desired positive outcome from the session? I prefer that we focus our mutual goal on a positive direction. Sometimes it’s hard to express a positive goal; you might want to start with what is not working well for you and then turn it around to describe what it’s like to not have that issue/symptom anymore.

If we’re working together on the phone, please ensure that you have a quiet, private, comfortable space for the full hour and allow some time after the session for integrating the work before stepping back into the rush of life.

Packages

Surgery Package

Healing Touch has an excellent track record for supporting individuals throughout the surgery process. The surgery package includes three Healing Touch sessions, one just prior to your scheduled surgery/medical procedure, one immediately following surgery (or as soon as possible), and then one more follow up session. The package also includes my travel to your location as needed (within a reasonable distance of my office). Cost: $330

Session Package

For those who wish to make subtle energy therapy a regular part of their self-care, I offer packages of five sessions at a discounted rate (savings of $75). Cost: $475

Courses

My colleague, Kristi Joy Rimbach, and I have created several courses together for families and children and for energy medicine practitioners based on our 45+ years combined experience and study in energy medicine and Polyvagal Theory. Workshops and Speaking

I am available to speak about wellness issues, energy medicine (Healing Touch and EFT Tapping), and applications of Polyvagal Theory (vagus nerve) for groups of all sizes. Each workshop can be designed to best meet your organization’s or group’s needs.

Office Policies

Appointments

I am available for remote (phone) sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. In person sessions are available on Thursdays only at this time.

Your initial visit is scheduled for 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Sessions with young children may be shorter.

Payment Policies

Payment is due on the day of your session. Please be prepared to pay by check, cash, or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) for in-office sessions.

Remote sessions can be paid through my invoicing system or via PayPal online. Payment must be received in advance of your scheduled appointment for a remote session.

You will be responsible for paying a $30 fee if your payment is returned for insufficient funds.

Statements of Service are available upon request.

Please talk to me if you have financial concerns. I will never turn anyone away who is truly committed to their own healing.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Scheduling of appointments involves the reservation of time specifically for you. 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to come to your scheduled session, it is my policy to charge a $50 fee.

Obviously, sometimes emergencies happen and I will waive the charge at my discretion.

Also, I apply these expectations to myself as well and if I ever no-show an appointment with you, your next session will be free of charge.
